• Course Location: Old Pacific Highway, Glenugie. The Course is an out and back course. Glenugie Course Map

• Grades on Offer: A, B, C and D

• Licences:
  I confirm I hold a current AusCycling All Discipline Race Licence, 4 week trial licenceor an event licence

• 2026 Pointscore
  All Grafton Cycle Club members and Add on members are eligible to participate in the 2026 Pointscore Competition. All eligible members who finish will be awarded points. Volunteers and Commissaires who are rostered on duty and cannot race will also be awarded points. Pointscore Details.

• Scratching/Refunds:
  Self-service scratching includes an automated refund. Scratching closes at advertised close date/time. Use the SCRATCH button on the race entry page to scratch (you will need to be logged into EntryBoss). Refunds can take a few days, if you have any queries contact: treasurer.graftoncc@gmail.com

• Ride to the Race:
  A group ride to the race location leaves Market Square, Prince Street Grafton at 6.30am on race day.

  By entering any Grafton Cycling Club race, you agree to the following:

• I understand, acknowledge and accept that cycling is an inherently dangerous sport, which may result in serious injury or death from a collision, fall, mechanical failure, physical exertion or other incident.

• I voluntarily participate in this event at my own risk.

• I waive any rights I may otherwise have against AusCycling, the event promoter and their agents and representatives relating to, and agree they are not responsible for, any loss or damage resulting from my participation in the event, including any loss that may arise from death or injury to myself or others, or damage to any property.

• I agree to follow the directions of any event organiser or official and the AusCycling Technical Regulations, a copy of which is available on the AusCycling website.

• If the participant in this event is under 18 years of age, I warrant that I am a parent or guardian of the participant and agree for myself and the participant that I provide the acknowledgements, agreements and waiver set out above in respect of the participant.

• Photography:
  Photography and Filming - By entering this race, I grant permission to Grafton Cycle Club to use photographs or video footage of me taken during club events for promotional purposes, including publications on social media platforms, the club website and other marketing materials. I understand these images may be used to highlight and promote club materials. If I do not want my image to be used in the manner, I will notify club officials prior to the commencement of the event.
  Photography and Filming of Children - Please speak to the volunteer at sign on to obtain a Permission Declaration Form expressing your willingness or not for your child to be photographed or filmed.
