A reminder this is a National/State level AusCycling event.

Sport Integrity Australia can conduct anti-doping testing at any event or competition. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of your obligations and have completed clean sport education.
All riders over 13 are strongly recommended to complete Anti-Doping Fundamentals and the 2025 Annual Update online courses through the Sport Integrity Australia eLearning page

Eligible Race Categories

This event will offer all the official MTB XCO AusCycling National series categories;

  • Elite/U23 Men & Women
  • U19 (Junior) Men & Women
  • U17 Men & Women
  • U15 Men & Women


In addition to these categories, this event also offers the following categories as support races;

  • U13 Boys & Girls

These categories are not part of the national series and do not attract national Series points or prizes.

A Riders series category is based on a riders age as at the 31 December 2026. The Series will recognise categories on UCI age categories as outlined in the Series Guide.

Masters riders may elect to race in the Elite category for any event however they will only earn Series points in the Elite category from those events where the individual raced in the Elite category. Points accumulated from non-elite categories do not count towards Elite Series points. There is no separate U23 category for the Series, unless otherwise indicated. All U23 riders will race in either the Elite or Open category.


Awards and Series Points

  • Series Points - All National series categories, as outlined in the series guide, will attract National series points for results obtained within an official national series event.

  • Medals - The Podium winners of each category will receive a medal to signify their efforts.

Note Categories may be combined for race starts, in accordance with the AusCycling Technical Regulations but are to be awarded separately. For example, Masters 1, 2 and 3 categories may start in mass / waves together but will be awarded separately.


Race Entry Fees

Adult (Elite, U19, Masters) - Single Race - Saturday OR Sunday $80.00
Adult (Elite, U19, Masters) - Both Races - Saturday & Sunday $150.00
Junior (U13, U15 & U17) - Single Race - Saturday OR Sunday $70.00
Junior (U13, U15 & U17) - Both Races - Saturday & Sunday $140.00

Note The multi race discount will be applied at the checkout of your second race entry. E.g. If you enter round 3, and then enter round 4, your discount will be applied at the checkout of your round 4 entry.


Late Entries

  • Late Registration will not be accepted.
  • Note that 'scratching' is available via EntryBoss until the entry closing date only. Unless a valid medical certificate is provided post closing date.

    Licensing

  • Race Licenses: - All riders must hold an AusCycling Off-Road, or All Discipline Race Membership.

  • International Riders: - please note you need an International license. An in-country license from your local national federation does not cover you for international racing.
