All ages are based on year of birth (age as at 31/12/2025)

Scratching:
Entered and now can't make it? An automated refund is available using the EntryBoss' Scratching mechanism. Please note the scratching cut-off because non-attendance refunds after this time are at the discretion of the event organisers and may require a medical certificate.

Please Note:

Transponders:
- This is a transponder timed event series. All riders (except for Mini Wheelers and Sprockets) must have a transponder.
- It is a rider's responsibility to ensure the transponder is correctly affixed to their bike and is operational which includes subscription

Plates:
- Riders are required to supply a plate number at entry. Any duplicate plate numbers will be dealt with by adding an 'X' to one plate to resolve the duplicate.

Merged Classes:
- Merging of categories may occur when less than the minimum number of riders (3) have registered for a category. Categories may be merged up or down based on the number of riders entered into surrounding categories, the level of the event, riders age, gender and skill level. Merging will be at the discretion of the Race Registrar. Note: Where classes are merged riders will be awarded prizes on the merged class for the Twilight Series

All riders are required to attend the Event Registration to sign on before commencing practice.
