About WSMTB CritCross @ Penrith Paceway

We will be racing circuits of the Penrith Paceway and Showground, including making use of the tunnel and carpark areas. The paceway is a gravel surface with the showground areas being grass and the car park asphalt with a loose gravel over the top. Gravel or CX bikes are recommended.

Registration

STRICTLY NO ‘AT THE RACE’ OR LATE REGISTRATIONS

To manage our record-keeping and participation reporting we require ALL participants to register each week via EntryBoss.

Registration is ONLINE ONLY and you must hold the minimum of a AusCycling Race Off Road licence or One Day Event Licence.

Scratching - Scratching is a self-serve, automated refund via EntryBoss if withdrawing within scratching cut-off.

Race Cancellation - Riders will be provided with a full refund if the event is cancelled for any reason. See the season pass listing for details of season pass refunds.

One Day Event Licence

If you are not a current member, then you may include the purchase of a temporary membership in your entry. AusCycling's One Day Event Licence is a great option for people who like to race occasionally and would prefer not to commit for a full year. The cost for a One Day Event Licence is $44 + the entry fee and is fully refunded if the event is cancelled or you scratch prior to the event.

WSMTB Club Membership

If our are not already a member of the WSMTB Club through AusCycling you can add us to your licence through AusCycling. Please visit AusCycling - Become A Member Of Multiple Clubs and select Western Sydney Mountain Bike Club from the list. Club membership cost $25 per year and offers discounted entry fees and helps support the running cost of the club.

Bikes and Tyres

Bikes must be of a Gravel, CX or Road Bike style - strictly no flat bars.

Race Fees

Refunds: If we need to cancel for any reason, all riders will be given a 100% refund. We'll make every effort to notify riders the event is cancelled. If in doubt, please check WSMTB Facebook for a notice.

Upon arrival please confirm your attendance at the check-in desk and then move clear of the check-in desk area.

A rider briefing, count and roll call will be conducted before each grade roll away. Please be ready when your grade is called.

At the end of each grade ALL temporary numbers and tags temp must be returned.
