The Collie Cycle Club proudly presents the 100th Collie to Donnybrook and Return Cycling Classic.
If you are intending to take up the challenge of this truly classic road cycling event for the last time, please read all the information below.
For those planning to participate in this classic road cycling event for the final time, please review the information below. The event is scheduled for the third Saturday in August (16/08/25) for its 101st year. This will be the 100th edition and the last occurrence of this event. All participants will receive a medal to commemorate the 100th and final race.

Race Day Requirements

1. The open event will be capped to 200 participants.
   
2. Registrations will open until the advertised close date. There will be no late entries.
   
3. The event is Open to all senior riders with a current "Race All Disciplines" licenses. No other licenses accepted.
4. Registration and number returns, you are responsible for the return of your number and transponder.
5. Entrants can SCRATCH up until the scratching cut-off date
6. There will be NO REFUND if you DO NOT START.
   
7. If you are put on a wait list, you will be notified prior to the event as to whether you have been awarded a start.
8. In the case of the event being cancelled all entries will be refunded in full.
   
9. This is an individual Handicap event

Prize money will be paid to the following places

1. 1st to 15th overall
2. 1st & 2nd fastest time overall
3. Fastest Female

• Entry Closing Date - 11th August @ 11.59pm

• Scratching: You can withdraw your entry with a self-serve, automated refund via EntryBoss if you are within the scratching cut-off time. Please return to the EntryBoss Race Listing and use the 'Scratch' button. Closing date 13th August.

• My Laps Timing Chips: You must have a MyLaps timing chip to participate. Hire of a timing chip is $7.50. If you have your own timing chip please ensure this is recorded in your Entry Boss profile - you will not be able to untick the transponder hire option until you have a transponder recorded on your profile.

• Entries are restricted to 200 riders. Collie to Donnybrook & Return Cycling Classic.

Help the Handicappers

Please select your regular scratch grade when entering & provide a comment on your recent race form.
Entering your regular grade helps with the initial grouping of riders by similar ability.
The handicappers then build their handicapped bunches from these initial groupings and convert to handicap bunches.
The start list - once published - will confirm your assigned handicap group (and times) closer to the event.

Event Schedule

• Rego- Collie to Donnybrook and Return Cycling Classic registrations from10.00am Inside of Crown Hotel
• Racing - Limit away at 12.00pm
• Racing - No spares vehicles, Riders fully supported. Sag wagon will follow.
• Racing - No unofficial roadside support, rider/s may face disqualification
• Racing - Race cut of time 3.30pm at Mumballup. Sag wagon will pass through Mumballup at 3.30pm. Ambulance will follow.
• Racing - Mumballup Traffic management will re-open north bound lane at 4.15pm
• Racing- Finish Line Cut Off 4.30pm
• Presentations - Approx 4.30pm Crown Hotel.
