A reminder this is a National/State level AusCycling event.

Sport Integrity Australia can conduct anti-doping testing at any event or competition. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of your obligations and have completed clean sport education.
All riders over 13 are strongly required to complete Anti-Doping Fundamentals and the 2024 Annual Update online courses through the Sport Integrity Australia eLearning page

It is recommended you also download the Sport Integrity app which can assist you to check medications, supplements and complete your education.

Age Categories & Eligibility

  • Interstate riders can compete and win medals. Best place NSW rider will be recognised as the NSW Champion
  • Masters Aged riders can ride in the Elite Championships.
  • Age Categories for this event are calculated as being the age you will be on the 31 December 2024.
  • Financial AusCycling 'Race All Discipline' & 'Race Off Road' members only
  • This event is not open to Temporary or Recreational Memberships
  • All riders will be entered into the XCC & XCO State Championships - if you wish to only participate in one, please fill out the remarks section of the entry.

Camping

Camping will be available within the confines of the Criterium Circuit at Pomingalarna. Enter via the pedestrian path near the Golf Club
Access to the camping area will be available from 2.00pm the Friday before the event.
A $10.00 fee per camper, will be charged for camping.
All campers must adhere to the following rules:

  • Camps must be set up in the designated area that will be clearly marked.
  • No ground fires.
  • Campsites are to be left rubbish free, clean and tidy.
  • Pomingalarna Reserve will be closed overnight.
  • Campers must adhere to any other further instruction provided by event marshals during the event.

Refund Policy

Entry Refund Any rider (entered into an AusCycling event or promoted event in NSW) who wishes to receive a refund more than 8 days prior to the event may do so by withdrawing by scratching themselves via their EntryBoss account. Any rider seeking a refund must submit a doctor's certificate to AusCycling. All refund requests should be sent to olivia.forrest@auscycling.org.au. Refunds will be processed in line with the AusCycling Refund Policy
