About Northern BMX

• Northern BMX Club's mission is to be a leading BMX racing club recognized for its inclusive environment, dedication to safety, and commitment to developing well-rounded riders who excel at all levels of competition.
• Northern BMX Club was incorporated in 2018 to bring grassroots BMX racing back to Melbourne’s Northern suburbs to promote and grow the sport of BMX. With this goal in mind, the club campaigned and worked closely with Whittlesea City Council to redevelop the Sycamore Reserve BMX track, which was once home to Victoria’s first BMX club, Lalor Park BMX.
• Northern BMX is proud to welcome riders of all abilities and offer visitors a safe, fun, and friendly atmosphere.
• Northern BMX Club activities are open to all Auscycling licence holders. For more information on gates practice sessions, coaching bookings, or how to become involved in any club activity please email us at info@nbmx.com.au
• Northern BMX Club is entirely volunteer-operated. Please respect our volunteers and officials by being kind and courteous.
• Please respect our facilities by not drinking alcohol or smoking within the club area. Bins are provided for the disposal of rubbish. Thank you for helping keep our club clean!

Family Discount (excluding Superclass)

Family discounts are offered to riders of the same home address only. Please use the Promo Codes below at entry to trigger your discount. Discount codes are made available based on the honour system. Misuse or abuse of this system may result in removal from racing or disqualification from club championship eligibility.

Entry Notes:

• Riders are permitted to enter and race in ONE class per round.
• All classes are "open-wheel", encompassing 20", 24" (cruiser) or 26"+ (MTB) racing.

• Northern BMX is proud to partner with the City of Whittlesea who manage the track and facilities with help from our club volunteers.
  
• Sycamore BMX Track caters to all abilities, with a suitable design for beginners to enjoy and challenging options for more experienced riders.
  
• Light towers enable us to offer exciting night racing year-round.
• Sycamore BMX Track is fully sealed with bitumen berms for safe riding year-round and in all weather conditions.
  
• The Northern BMX Club pavilion boasts accessible bathrooms, publically accessible drinking fountains, full canteen facilities, and safety lighting.
