Entry Categories & Race Fees

Entries are priced as: Event Fee + Class Nomination Fee.
You only pay the event fee once and is designed so riders who enter multiple classes are not charged for the same event services more than once. These services include Medics, Volunteer Support, IT & Communication, Insurance and General Event Costs. The Event Fee is not included in the Money Class Prize Pools for Vet Pro, Superclass and Junior Superclass.

1. Online service fee may apply,
   
2. Cash Prizes paid by EFT, Junior Superclass Prize Pool Subject to Regulation 5.02, Places 1st to 8th
3. Current Auscycling Regulations apply - Regulations 2.03.02(a) & 2.03.03(a) apply

5. Prizes and awards will awarded based on Race Class

6. Mini Wheeler & Sprocket Nominations need to be received by 11pm, Friday the 21th of July 2023.

7. It is Rider's Responsibility to ensure Caboolture BMX Club has your BSB & Bank Account details prior to racing to ensure a timely payment of your cash prize. Riders are to provide their BSB + Account Number via email to caboolturebmx@hotmail.com

Refunds

EntryBoss as a scratching feature which will withdraw your entry and receive an automatic refund of your entry. This feature is available up to the time we close online entries. If you withdraw after the close of entries, these will be considered on a case by case basis. Please email your request to caboolturebmx@hotmail.com and attach any relevant document to support your request.
