Entered & can't make it? An automated refund is available using the EntryBoss' Scratching mechanism. Please note the scratching cut-off because non-attendance refunds after this time are at the discretion of the event organisers and may require a medical certificate.

Information

Welcome to Round 3 of the 2020 Cairns club Enduro 2022, sponsored by DISCOVERY CYCLES

Stay after 2 for Presentations, drinks and random giveway prizes from DISCOVERY CYCLES

All riders are required to have to following gear to race, full Face helmet

full finger Gloves

Knee Pads

Extra gear is optional

Make sure you have enough water to last the race or plan to refill, any tools required to fix any mechanical's as other riders may not be around to offer assistance

RACE FORMAT

Riders will have 4 HOURS to complete full course all timed stages, EBIKE will have to complete 2 timed runs of the queen stage.

Start order is self seeding, so pick you spot, you can go straight after someone if you wish, there will be timing crew out on course but not at the start of every stage, don't leave big gaps or you might not make it back in time.

Stages can be do in any order.

Riders will be expected to complete blue, black, double black grade trails

U15 (13-114) - 4 stages

U17 (15-17) - 4 stages

Junior U19 (17-18) - 4 Stages

Veterans (30-44) - 4 Stages

Masters (45+) - 4 Stages

Expert (19-29) - 4 Stages

Elite 19+ - 4 Stages

open E-Bike - 5 Stages

Race Stages

Stage 1 Stage 1 NATIONALS / HAPPIES EBIKE WILL DO THIS STAGE TWICE

( This stage we be open from practice from Saturday 27th May lunch time)

Starting the top of nationals do top of trail, taking the new exit to go the Happies , down the steep corners, across the shuttle road into happies, do full trail across shuttle road again into MP39, first bit of MP39 to finish on the little bridge

Stage 2 CYCLONE / VINES

climb up pipeline climb, almost all the way up take the little trail on right to get on the Crankworx DH track, turn right and look for start sign,, ride from there down into vines, finishing on the bridge.

Stage 3 SPECIAL STAGE WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON THE DAY

Stage 4 OCEAN VIEW / CENTIPEDE

Riders starting on the flat zone up above crocs teeth/ croc slide, drop in and take the right hand trail to take you down into croc teeth and croc slide, do both sections, across the bridge and into centipede do full trail taking the hard left before you cross the crankworx downhill track, ride moranas backwards to the start of the centipede climb, exit there over to the dual slalom, join in the wood wall ride to finish at the bottom of the final berms

Event Cancellations

• Riders will receive 100% refunds if the event is cancelled.
• We will do our best to communicate our intentions early if the event is at risk of not proceeding.
