Race Procedures

  • Rego Close: - Rego opens one hour prior and closes 15 minutes prior to race start.
  • Scratching: - Scratching is a self-serve with automated refund via EntryBoss, if within cut-off time.
  • No Licence, No Race: - riders need a current licence (or proof of renewal) to race. CA licences only.
  • New to Racing: - 3 Race Licences are available for new riders ($55 on the day). Please allow time to process prior to race time.
  • Red Light Policy: - Cycling Victoria red light policy applies. No light, no start.
  • On-the-day Entries: - if available, will close 15 minutes prior race start. Please arrive early to improve your chances of a race start.
  • Cash Payments: - Please help out by having the correct change.
  • Announcements: - Please check the FCC website, FCC Facebook or FCC Twitter for any announcements regarding racing.
