Race entry fees

Entry type	Amount
1 hour with Auscycling licence	$30.00
3 hour with Auscycling licence	$55.00

Day licence fees are on top of the entry fee as per Auscycling. If you have an Auscycling licence this does not apply but if you do not have an Auscycling licence - you need to select and pay for a day licence during entry and is $30.00. Bring your licence with you - our friendly front desk assistants will need to see it on the day.

Ages

Auscycling rules are applied so you can enter in the event/age category for your age as at 31 December 2021. The system is clever so you can only enter in the events your Auscycling membership/day licence permits based on your age as at 31 December 2021.

Event conditions

Tumut MTB reserves the right to cancel or change the event. We will reschedule the event if it can not be held due to restrictions.

Teams

Teams - Please enter and pay individually selecting a team category, but provide your team name at entry so we can marry you up as a team. You both have to nominate the same team name - please check with your other team member prior to entry to ensure you both use the same name/same spelling.

Covid-19 Notice

We ask you to be respectful to all riders and others at the event. If you have any flu like symptoms please do not come to the event - we can only ask you to be mindful of others this year. We all acknowledge that a negative RAT test in the early days of symptoms can mask a positive test in a few days so please manage your choices for the well being of others.
By entering this event and accepting the terms and conditions you agree to social distance and observe Covid hygiene practices and that you will follow all safety guidelines and directions of the event team.

• We have portaloos available
  
• We have the Riding for the Disabled selling BBQ (fundraiser for RDA)
• We have a coffee van - hooray!
• Some basic spare parts will be available from the local bike shop team on site and limited mechanical assistance
  
• We have great sponsors and great prizes and presentations after each event
