Registration:

• $15. All entry fees and remaining sponsorship money will be donated to a charity chosen by the Azzopardi family.

• Online registration closes 12PM on Saturday before race day

Scratching

• Entrants can withdraw with a self-serve, automated refund within EntryBoss. Scratching closes at the same time as entries. Use the SCRATCH button on the race entry page to scratch.

Grades, Handicaps and Prizes:

• The event is a combined male and female handicap race so no grades. Entrants will be placed in groups of riders based on their ability and recent form. Each group will start the race at timed intervals and all entrants will race the same distance.
  
• There will be two prizes and perpetual trophies. One for the first across the finish line and one of the fastest time overall.

Facilities & Race Day Reminders

• Bring your club race numbers Its not a graded event but we will be using the timing system.
  
• Parking - it is important that you park off the race circuit. Best location is on the foreshore near the start line.
• Warming up - riders are requested to warm-up prior to the race program commencing or off the race circuit.
• Course Closure (traffic management) - the course is not closed to traffic and riders must follow road rules and the directions of marshalls.

Volunteers

Races cannot proceed without marshals in vehicles with each group and help with setting up and packing down. Please let us know if you can help out by filling in your availability & preference details when entering.
