Scratching
- Entrants can withdraw with a self-serve, automated refund within EntryBoss. Scratching closes at the same time as entries. Use the SCRATCH button on the race entry page to scratch.
Grades:
- The event is a graded mass start road race with Open A, B, C and D grades and Women's grade. All grades will start the race at one time and riders do not have to stick to their own grade's groups during the race. There will be prizes awarded for each grade. All grades will race the same distance.

Bring your club race numbers
- Parking - it is important that you park off the race circuit. Best location is on the foreshore near the start line.
- Warming up - riders are requested to warm-up prior to the race program commencing or off the race circuit.
- Course Closure (traffic management) - the course is not closed to traffic and riders must follow road rules and the directions of marshalls.
- The finish line is located at the top of Tower Access Road. This road is narrow and steep so after completing the race all riders will need to wait at the finish area before returning to the start line car park area.
Volunteers
Races cannot proceed without marshals in vehicles with each group and help with setting up and packing down. Please let us know if you can help out by filling in your availability & preference details when entering.
