There are limited refunds for Series entrants. No partial refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
The 3x3 series will be in Tumut, Tumbarumba and Wagga Wagga. All events will have a similar format with a 3 hour track that takes about 30 minutes per lap and a 1 hour track that takes less time.
The Tumut and Wagga events will be the same great “catch ups” you may have experienced in past. Tumbarumba is a new event.
The focus of the series is family participation. Therefore there will be no place trophies or prizes for the overall series. However those who enter in all three events (1 hour or 3 hour) and make a reasonable attempt to complete it will go into the draw to win a South Coast holiday
Place prizes / recognition will occur at each individual event. Age categories will be determined based on registration numbers.
The South Coast Holiday prize includes a $1600 NRMA Gift Card, to be used at Merimbula Beach Holiday Resort, within 12 months of issue. This will allow the winner to book a holiday, and select the style of accommodation, at a time that suits them. An additional gift card will also be issued to help the winner cover food and fuel costs.
It is not coincidental that Merimbula Beach Holiday Resort has been selected as it is strategically placed for easy access to Mogo, Narooma, Tathra and Eden Mountain Bike Parks
Electronic timing chips will be used at all events. Please hand you Race Plate back to the organisers at the end of each event so that we can use them at the next event. This allows us to keep costs down!

Note: all entry fees DO NOT include Aus cycling Race licence fees
Day licence fees are on top of the entry fee as per Auscycling rules - we can only allow licenced riders in the event.
If you have an Auscycling licence please bring it with you - you will not need a day licence.
If you do not have an Auscycling licence or an event participation version of that licence - you need to pre-purchase a day licence on line for the day of the event and bring proof of that licence with you. Head to the Auscycling website - https://www.auscycling.org.au/membership/other/event-licences and price is currently $44.00.
Bring your licence with you - our friendly front desk assistants will need to see it on the day. You must have a valid/current race licence for each event.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
If you are trying to enter all 3 events, registration is per event. You enter all 3 individually, the Wagga Wagga 3hr entry will calculate the discounted fee for you, $150. Alternatively, if you wish to only participate in one or 2 events, the cost is $65 (+race licence).
For example:
Registration for all 3 events: Tumut: $65 Tumbarumba: $65 Wagga Wagga: $20 (if you have entered Tumut and Tumbarumba) otherwise $65.
Total: $150
Similar applies to the 1hr event: Tumut: $30 Tumbarumba: $30 Wagga Wagga: $10 (if you have entered Tumut and Tumbarumba) otherwise $90
Total: $70
Auscycling rules are applied so you can enter in the event/age category for your age as at 31 December 2024. The system is clever so you can only enter in the events your Auscycling membership/day licence permits based on your age as at 31 December 2024.
Tumut MTB reserves the right to cancel or change the event. We will reschedule the event if it can not be held due to restrictions.
Teams - Please enter and pay individually selecting a team category, but provide your team name at entry so we can marry you up as a team. You both have to nominate the same team name - please check with your other team member prior to entry to ensure you both use the same name/same spelling.
We ask you to be respectful to all riders and others at the event. If you have any flu like symptoms please do not come to the event - we can only ask you to be mindful of others.
