COVID-19 Safety Information

• All riders and spectators must report to rego desk to undertake temperature check and and register their attendance via QR code.
• Arrive ready to race and leave immediately after dismissal.
• Please follow all current government guidelines (i.e. mask, distancing) and do not attend if unwell in any way.

Circuit: 1.8km circuit running anticlockwise Google Maps

Prize Money

Prize money will be awarded to:

• 1st place if 3 riders

Junior Grade

• There are no monetary prizes for winners in the (free) Junior grade.
• Advanced Junior riders are welcome to enter appropriate open grades to compete for prizes.
• Junior grade race may be altered on the day depending on numbers, experience and abilities.

Women's and Mixed Grades

• Women's grades A and B will only be created in there are 4 or more riders, otherwise women's grade will be combined with men's and contest the men's prizes.
  • e.g. if there are only 2 women in Women's A grade, they will race against Men's B for a single 1st prize of $60.
• If separate grades are run for WA and WB, the race commissaire will wait until the open grade has completed their final sprint before calling three laps to go for the women to avoid both grades crossing the finish at once.

Volunteering

Without any volunteers, Coburg Crits races would not be able to run.

Volunteers who undertake 3 or more shifts receive free racing for the season.

Weather

• Cancellation due to weather forecast will be made on the Friday night before.
• Cancellation due to actual weather can occur anytime.

Race Day Reminders

• If driving, please do not park on the inside lane (anti-clockwise) of the course, nor on the outside lane (clockwise) within 25m of the finish .
• Cycling Victoria Red Light policy is enforced so please remember to bring a rear light.
• We ask that you support the Three Links Cafe by not consuming your own food in the cafe please!
