About the Season Pass

Format: Criterium
Location: Stromlo Forest Park Criterium Track, Dave McInnes Road

• The Vikings Season Pass provides discounted access to the 2020 / 2021 Super Crit Series.
  
• Season Pass holder entries will be free in all eligible rounds (see below).
• You must still enter each race as normal so we know you intend coming. We'd hate to turn riders away by mistakenly thinking Season Pass holders were racing when they weren't able to make every round.

• Seniors: $120
  
• Juniors (up to U19): Free

Refunds

The intention of the Season Pass is riders can ride as much as they like at a discounted price. Whether you end up making use of the available races is entirely your personal choice. If special extenuating circumstances exist resulting in you not being able to race, please contact the club for special consideration. All such refunds are at the discretion of the committee.

With an extended series of racing, it is expected some rounds will be cancelled due to rain etc. The discount takes account of a reasonable cancellation risk so refunds are not warranted for a small number of race cancelations.

If however a large number of rounds needed to be cancelled, the Vikings Club Committee would elect to refund riders on a pro-rata basis (especially given risk of COVID restrictions).

As such, scratching is not offered on Season Pass entries.

Grading

Please nominate a grade as you normally would. If you end up changing grades over the season, please request the grade you desire when entering the particular round,
