Australia's richest Handicap race returns in 2020!

The Goldfields Cyclassic is a two-day, two-stage handicap race across the Goldfields from Kalgoorlie-Boulder to Menzies and on to Leonora. Racers must enter both stages in the event.

The Cyclassic offers a complete weekend package experience. After boarding the plane on Saturday morning, all you need to do is focus on racing your bike - everything else will be taken care of!

Entry categories

2020 GOLDFIELDS CYCLASSIC - RACE

Entry categories: A-D grade

Standard entry fee: $220 (until April 23rd)
Standard entry flight (optional, but recommended): $250 (until sold out)

All entries include event participation, event jersey*, ground support and dinner at the Awards Ceremony in Menzies Town Hall on 30 May 2020.

* After the 23rd April we cannot supply the jersey; entry fee will be reduced to $180 after that date.

Additional Options

• Charter flight to/from the event - $250 per seat for all Standard Entries, until sold out.
  (Flight details to be announced soon!). The flight duration is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and is strongly recommended as the most convenient way to experience the event. Please note: If participants want to book extra seats (more than two) for extra guests please contact info@westcycle.org.au.

• Extra Presentation Dinners are available to accompanying guests. The cost is $20 for each additional guest.

• Bike transport Perth to Kalgoorlie & return - option available at no charge, but please request in advance in your entry form.

• Bus from Kalgoorlie airport to registration, and from the Bowling Club in Leonora to the airport
• Bus transport to Morapoi on Saturday night after the Awards dinner and fireworks display and return to Menzies on Sunday morning
• Bus transport to Kalgoorlie on Saturday night after the Awards dinner and fireworks display
• Storage of bikes on Saturday night, bikes are placed on racks ready for riders on Sunday morning
• Complimentary water, soft drinks, muffins, fruit after each stage
• Complimentary drinks and nibbles at the Bowling Club in Leonora
• Bike Mechanic at registration and in Menzies on Sunday morning

Refunds

Scratching: You can withdraw your entry with a self-serve, automated refund via EntryBoss prior to 18th May, 5pm. Please return to the EntryBoss Race Listing and use the 'Scratch' button. After the scratching cut-off, any refunds due to withdrawal are at the discretion of the event organiser.

No License, No Race: Riders need a current license (or proof of renewal email) to race. Cycling Australia memberships only.
