Refund policy: There will be no refunds due to any circumstances, save event cancellation. Refunds will be provided to riders who exceed the field limit of 30 riders per day.

Note that Elite 15+ have two competitions over the weekend with the BMX QLD Freestyle International UCI C1 on Saturday and the Cycling Australia Elite National Championships on Sunday. All other categories will be the Cycling Australia National Championships only, with practice/qualifying day one and practice/finals day 2.
By entering this event, you understand that You, and each participant in the activities, will be engaging in activities involving a real risk of severe injury or even death from various causes including but not limited to equipment failure, accidents with other participants, spectators, course or weather conditions or other reasons.
You voluntarily accept all risks necessarily flowing from participation, which could result in loss of life or injury. You agree to allow the site, first aid officers, to release any relevant information to Cycling Australia in the event I require first aid attention, this information being for insurance purposes. I am aware that any photographs, still or moving, that may be taken during the event may be published and used for publicity and promotional purposes by Cycling Australia.
You also agree to be bound by all conditions & provisions in the standard Skate Park Waiver – these Conditions all apply to this Competition equally.
All participants must hold a valid license at the time of the event. Please visit https://cycling.org.au/membership/membership-forms to apply for your international license, and allow at least four weeks to receive it. Day license available within registration.
