Start Time: 9:00pm (approx) – event will take part during the Senior Clarence St Cup Carnival

Important Information - updated 7/11/2019

• Require a minimum of 8 teams for the event to proceed
• Separate Medals for JM19 will be awarded subject to numbers
• Distance may be reduced to 30km (120 Laps). Final decision will be made Monday 11th November

Team entry

• One person enters on the behalf of the team.
• This person becomes the team manager.
• The team manager will need to list Team Name, both Team Members Full Names, DOB, and Membership Numbers.

Age Categories & Eligibility

• Open to JM19, U23M, Elite Men, and Masters Men.
• Masters aged riders may ride this event on an Elite membership only.
• U23M will ride in the elite championships; U23M is not recognised on the track
• Age Categories for this event are as per 2020 ages effective from 1st October 2019.
• Financial Cycling Australia 'Race' members only. Valid 2019 or 2020 membership card must be presented at sign-on.
• This event is not open to Temporary or Regional memberships.

Supporters

• Handlers are $10 (must be Financial members)
• Infield Kids are free for U9-U13 and $5 for U15/U17 (must be Financial members)
• Spectators are $10 (free for kids 12 and under, $5 for pensioners)
• Parking is in the parking bays, NOT on the grass or in front of the tavern doors
