The Canberra Cycling Club has partnered with TREK to bring you Canberra’s most exciting and competitive criterium series! As the territory's oldest and most popular series, we offer a fantastic range of grades and the highest level of racing.

Season Passes Bought After Weekly Race Close

If you buy a season pass after 2pm on race day you will not be able to race that week's round. You will have to wait until the following week to start racing.

What’s the Deal?

The Canberra Cycling Club is offering a sweet discount on the season pass for participants who volunteer at two or more races in the 2026 TREK Summer Crit series.

We need all the help we can get to fill the spots on the volunteer calendar each week.

The discounted season pass is reserved for those who sign up as volunteers according to the 2026 Summer Crits volunteer policy. During sign up, you’ll get a unique, one-time code that you enter into the 'Promo code' field here on EntryBoss to activate your discount.

Benefits

Automatic Entry
As a season pass holder, you’re automatically entered into EVERY ROUND of the crit season. No more last-minute entries or worrying about deadlines—you’re good to go!

Discounts
We’re rewarding those who commit to volunteering by offering a season pass for just $150—that’s less than $10 per crit! So, not only do you get automatic entry, but you also get to race at a killer price.

Juniors

Junior entry into open grades is free this season. If you’ve got a junior who is approved to race an open grade (A–E), select the free Junior season pass here to enter them in every round in one fell swoop.

Please note the Junior season pass covers open-grade racing only. Junior Development sessions are entered separately each round and have a small cost.

FAQs

Volunteering—What’s Involved?
To get the discounted pass, sign up for at least two volunteer shifts.

• Show Up: Complete your duty on the date you choose, or lose your discount.
• No-Show Consequences: If you miss your shift, you’ll need to pay the difference for the events you raced. Failure to do so may result in suspension from future crits.
• Racing on Duty Days: You can race on the day you volunteer so long as someone covers for you and the desk is fully staffed while you race.
• Training Provided: All volunteers get a briefing on the night and all the info they need before the event.

Do I Still Need to Enter Races?
Nope! Season pass holders are automatically entered into all eligible races.

Can I Get a Refund for Unused Races?
Sorry, no refunds or partial refunds.

Can I Enter as Normal?
Yes, volunteers can still enter and pay race-by-race ($15) if they prefer.

The Season Pass is optional and is a special perk for those who help out with volunteering.

Junior Riders
There are no Junior White or Junior HC grades this season. Junior racing happens in the Junior Development session, and the open grades run A to E.

• Junior Development sessions: Not included in any season pass. Enter each session separately through that round's listing. There is a small cost per session.
• Open grades: Experienced juniors who are approved to race can enter their appropriate open grade, and junior entry into open grades is free. Grab the free Junior season pass here to be entered automatically every round, or enter week by week if you prefer.
• Both on the same night: Juniors can ride the Junior Development session and then race their open grade afterwards. Just make sure you've entered the development session separately.

Junior volunteers are always welcome on the desk. We'll leave it up to parents to decide how capable their junior is, and if they need your supervision and help during their volunteer shift.

Volunteer Nomination Window
The window opens when season pass sales start and closes on the cutoff date listed. If you buy a season pass after racing starts, no refunds are given for races you entered before purchasing the pass.

We want to encourage early volunteering and make things easier for our admin team.

Refunds and Cancellations

The CCC Committee may consider refunds for season passes in extenuating circumstances, like serious injury or illness. If a significant number of rounds are canceled, the committee may offer a pro-rata refund, but typically, no refunds are given for a small number of cancellations.
