The Super Series Organisers acknowledge that in 2026 we will race on the lands of the Kaurna, Ngarrundjeri, Peramangk and Narrungga nations, lands which have been protected, cared for, and lived off by First Nations people for tens of thousands of years. We respect and value their past, present and ongoing connection to the land and cultural beliefs, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, nations and language groups.

The Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies website is a great place to learn more about the history of First Nations people, no matter whose land you stand on today.

Event Details

Entry Categories: Elite Men/Women; Masters Men/Women; Open Men/Women

A series first: Adelaide’s most iconic climb gets its own round. Norton Summit has long been a proving ground for local hill climbers, and racing it as a kermesse puts that reputation front and centre.

Riders who tackled last year’s Old Freeway Kermesse will know what to expect. The loop is the same length with the same elevation, and that race was one of the toughest of the 2025 series, with quick descents, painful climbs and no chance to rest. Expect the same relentless rhythm here, with the pace ramping up every time the bunch hits the climb.

Lap after lap, the racing should become more selective as the legs fade. The sprinters will be hanging on, the climbers will be looking for their moment, and the strongest rider on the day will have earned it.
