Pricing

• FREE - when using a QLD Government Fair Play Sports Voucher.
  
• $75 - If not using a fair play voucher, cost is $75 per term (additional sibling = $50 - Please use SIBLING promo code to trigger discounted entry on 2 or more siblings).

Hamilton Wheelers is now registered as a provider for the QLD Government Play On Sports Voucher System. Parent/Carers may apply for a Fair Play Voucher. Once the voucher is received email it to Club Secretary Matt Smart matthewpsmart@gmail.com who can redeem it and email a discount code which can be used for registration. Vouchers can be redeemed for up to $200 per child. Information on the FairPlay Voucher system can be found at https://www.qld.gov.au/recreation/sports/funding/fairplay

• Compulsory AusCycling Membership - AusCycling Membership and Hamilton Wheelers Club membership must be valid for the entire term.
  

NEW – Term 3 Communication System (WhatsApp Group)

All entrants will be added to a Term 3 Junior Training WhatsApp group. This group will be used for: • Weather related cancellations • Urgent notifications • Safety alerts • General communication between coaches and parents

NEW – Child Safety Procedure (Mandatory Sign In & Sign Out)

To comply with updated child safety requirements, all junior participants must be signed in and signed out by a parent/carer or by the rider themselves if arriving unaccompanied.

Process:

• On arrival, every participant must present to a coach at the clubhouse for sign in.
• At the end of training, the participant must return to the clubhouse for sign out.
  
• Unaccompanied riders:
  Must still complete sign in and sign out personally.
  Coaches will not release a child until sign out is completed.
  
• Accompanied riders:
  A parent/carer must complete the sign out handover.
  This ensures safe handover, accurate attendance records, and compliance with Hamilton Wheelers’ Child Safe Standards.
