Details of this event

Open to all men and women cyclists aged 30 years and older.

• Race Format: Graded Scratch Road Race - Entries are taken at the Bean 2 Brook Cafe on Pickering Brook Rd from 7:45am

• Course: Pickering Brook - 7.7 km circuit - starting opposite the intersection of Pickering Brook Rd and Carinyah Rd. The finish line is 200 metres past the start line.

• Racing commences from 9:00am - Race circuit is Pickering Brook Rd - Bracken Rd - Forrest Rd - Repatriation Rd - Pickering Brook Rd

Please collect your number at least 15 mins before the race start.

Race Entry

• Race Entry for WCMCC members online - $35 Race day On-line late Entry is - $40.

• Race Entries for non AVCC members online - $50

• WCMCC Members who have helped the club in some unpaid capacity can claim a free race for Volunteer Duties

• Transponder Hire is $5 - No charge if you have a BYO Mylaps transponder - you just need to add your transponder number with EntryBoss when you enter online.

• Members, please use your AVCC EntryBoss profile when you enter (Admin will scratch incorrect entries).

• West Coast Masters no longer provides automatic refunds for incorrect entries scratched by Race Admin. If you apply for a refund, please email the Treasurer (treasurer@wcmasterscycling.asn.au) including your account details.

• An administration fee ($5) will be applied to any refund.

• If you are a member of a team, please ensure your name on the team list your team manager has provided to the Secretary matches the details on your profile, and on your racing license. If your name does not match, your team does not get your points.

The previous TRIAL RIDER option is no longer available. Please use the 'Non-Member' option. (Or join WCMCC for the $35 entry?) The $50 you pay includes your race entry and your race insurance whilst you race with us.
