J15/J17 who wishes to compete at the Road National Championships must compete in a State Championship event in order to be eligible. Riders wanting to be selected in their respective State Team must compete in their own State Championship event, and riders entering individually must also have competed in a State/Territory Championship, though it doesn't necessarily have to be their home states event. The 2026 Quest Balmoral Junior and Women's Tour (BJWT) spans 2 days and encompasses 4 stages across 4 locations on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th June 2026.
Again this year, our junior and women's cyclists will be joined by U19 participants, who will also compete as part of Round 3 of the BikeChain J19 National Road Series. Additionally, the BJWT will serve as Round 2 for the 2026 Michelin Junior Road Series.
With 4 stages at 4 locations over 2 days, the BJWT takes riders on a journey through Brisbane and SEQ surrounds – from Ipswich & Haigslea in the west on Saturday to the Brisbane suburbs of Mt Gravatt and Murarrie on Sunday.
Racing can`t happen without volunteers - if you can help any at any of the locations below, it would be greatly appreciated.
