Calling All Juniors at Canberra CC, Vikings CC and Canberra Off Road Cyclists.

Junior Bunch

Key Info

630am start from Margot Espresso Bar

Track Interclub

We're collaborating with Vikings Cycling Club to host a come and try track Junior Bunch!

Meet at Margot and ride with the Junior Bunch to the Bundahdome to participate in a track session hosted by VCC club coaches. And have the opportunity to ride with.

We're also excited to have Angus Withington joining us! The new Australian U19 Sprint Champion will be joining the juniors on the ride, and in the track. Elbows out!

Free registration via entryboss.

Tell all your friends! VCC will provide the track bike, so sign up early so we can reserve a bike for you! The track session is open to all parents and carers also!

See you at 6:30 at Margot on the lake for a really cool experience!

Registration is free - just click the 'enter' button on this listing.

The bunch size is limited to 20 juniors. If you have registered but are unable to attend please scratch yourself (cancel your registration) from the ride by hitting the 'Scratch' button.

Parents & Carers

Parents and carers of younger juniors are welcome to ride in a second bunch behind the juniors and provide support to the juniors as required. We ask that parents don't mix into the main junior bunch.

We ask that these riders also register here on EntryBoss.

It's Social

Those who are dropping their juniors but not riding are encouraged to remain at the cafe for a coffee and chat while the bunch is underway.

Open Road Conditions

This ride takes place on open roads. As with all on-road cycling, there is a risk associated with this activity.

If you are entering a new junior rider we recommend that you discuss their capability to participate in the event with us before you register. Please use the contact details below.

Parking

Parking is available on Parks Place.

Licences

An AusCycling Lifestyle (or better) licence is required to participate.

If you don't hold a licence but would like to attend you can take out a free trial licence on the AusCycling website, or better yet, join the Canberra Cycling Club.
