Race Day Procedures

IMPORTANT

• Parking: - Parking behind Brolga Park Beelbangera on Young St
  Under NO circumstances are we allowed to park on or obstruct the Rankin Springs Rd Beelbangera.
  Any Vehicle found doing so could be towed at the vehicle owners expense.

• Toilets and Change rooms at Bill Raymond Recreation Reserve. Additional Parking.

• Finish Line Area: - Please keep all finish lines free from congestion.

• Racing Incidents: - Safety is important. Please report all race incidents to the Race Director, or Chief Commissure.

• Spectating: - It is requested that crossing of the race circuit during racing is minimised to reduce risk for riders safety. Crossing points will be identified and marshalled. These should be utilised and marshal directions are be adhered to. There is plenty of spectator vantage points around the circuit.

GENERAL

• No License, No Race: - riders need a current license (or proof of renewal) to race. AusCycling accepted licenses only.

• New to Racing: - AusCycling offer a 4 week trial license. Please see https://www.auscycling.org.au/membership/other/free-trial

VOLUNTEERS

• If you are not racing but can help please do so. Without Volunteers we can't make events like this happen.
