All racers need to have signed on and be in the Marshalling area 15min before their race is set to run.
Graded riders, Juniors and Handcycles need only sign-on the one time before Race One.
Race times are approximate and may vary on the day. Many factors influence the commissaires determination of the race duration, with rider safety being first and foremost

Scratching / Refunds:

If you cannot make the race, you can scratch your entry here on EntryBoss at any time up until 11:59pm the evening before race day. If you scratch you will automatically receive a refund of entry fee, minus platform charges. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to process.

Handicapping and Grading:

• Juniors who are 13 and have some experience are encouraged to race D grade.
  
• You can view current Criterium rider grades on EntryBoss.
• Regional visiting riders should enter using the same grade that you race at your club. Larger/city club members may need to race a grade up, contact Nick Stevens on the number below if you have questions.

Photography

PHOTOGRAPHY: By entering, I agree that photos, film and sound recordings of me may be taken during the event and used for promotional and other purposes. Please email president@coffsharbourcycleclub.org.au should you wish to opt out of photography.

Food and Drink

Cold drinks and fruit are available for purchase throughout racing. At the conclusion of racing, a BBQ providing sausage and steak burgers will be available, so be sure to bring petty cash as no eftpos available.

IMPORTANT: Licensing - Bring your AusCycling licence (physical or digital) to every race. While EntryBoss verifies memberships online, there may be situations where this cannot be confirmed. If requested, you must provide proof of current membership or renewal. No licence, no race!

Cancellations - Racing may be cancelled if conditions are unsafe (e.g. wet corners). Check the Club’s Facebook page the evening before and on race morning for updates.

Toilets - Facilities are located in the admin building near the start line. Please ask for directions if unsure. Public urination will not be tolerated and will result in your race entry being cancelled without refund.

On-the-day Entries - Pre-entry is strongly encouraged to assist with organisation. Limited entries may be accepted on race day if time and space allow—arrive early if seeking to enter on the day.

Race Briefing - Riders must be at the start line 15 minutes before allocated start time for the Commissaires instructions.

Announcements - Please regularly check the club website or Facebook for any announcements regarding racing.

Safety - All forms of cycle racing are inherently risky. While organisers and officials take all reasonable precautions, every rider has a duty to ensure they follow commisaire instructions, UCI cycling rules, and ride with their own and others safety in mind.
