The Start/ Finish and Village area - Minninup Pool, Minninup Rd, Collie.
Collie SES will be cooking up a storm again and have cold drinks available, plus easy parking.
The XCM course will again feature the fast-flowing XC trails used in last years XCO course loop:
15km & 25km: Venture out onto the much-loved Kylie Trail before returning.
50km: Extends along the river and onto the Wagyl Biddi trails
Cup points are calculated from the combined total of points earned in Saturday’s XCO event and Sunday’s XCM event.
Points are awarded by age group for both events.
If you do not start a race, you will receive 0 points for that event.
In the event of a tie, the XCM result will determine the final placing
XCO: More points are awarded for racing in a higher grade
XCM: More points are awarded for riding the longest distance available to your age group
You may enter only the Marathon event if you wish
To be eligible for Wambenger Cup points, riders must enter both XCO and XCM events separately
Riders wishing to race Open (to be eligible for cash prizes and the Wambenger Cup) should enter “Open” in the remarks section

We have courses and graded races to suit all ages, abilities and fitness, for 6 year olds through to 70 plus year olds.
All trails are blue and green — fast, flowing, and beginner-friendly. You’d be hard-pressed to find a flatter marathon course overall, with only mild hills on the 25 km loop. The 50 km loop adds just a few small, technical rock sections on the Wagyl Biddi loop, which you can practice beforehand or simply walk if needed.
New riders are very welcome, with hosted ride days running on the weekends leading up to the event.
This race marks the first of two events forming the South32 Wambenger Cup, and also serves as Round 1 of the State XCM Series.
You don’t need to compete in any other rounds to take part.
State Series points will be awarded for each round, while Wambenger Cup prizes will be determined by the combined points from both the XCO and XCM events.
