As forecasted last year we have decided to spice up the SOUTH 32 WAMBENGER CUP to include a combination of an XCO event on Saturday atbWellington Dam on the eassy going Potters Gorge trails utilized 3years ago, with an 15/25 & 50km Marathon Event, centered at Minninup Pool. The Marathon Event will utilizing the same fast flowing XC trail we used last year as the centrepoint, venturing out onto the much loved Kyle trail and return for the 15& 25km events and venturing out along the River to the Wagyl Biddi trails for the 50km event.
Note your points the WAMBENGER CUP will be based on your age group for both events. For the XCO event on Saturday you will get more points for racing a higher grade. For the Marathon Event you will get more points for riding the greatest distance available to your age group. If you don’t ride a race you will be allocated 0 points for that race. In the event of a tie, the Marathon event will determine the higher placing in the South 32 Wambenger Cup competition.
