Sport Integrity Australia can conduct anti-doping testing at any event or competition. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of your obligations and have completed clean sport education.
All riders over 13 are strongly encouraged to complete Anti-Doping Fundamentals and the Annual Update online courses through the Sport Integrity Australia eLearning page

It is recommended you also download the Sport Integrity app which can assist you to check medications, supplements and complete your education.

Start Time: Junior Warm-up at 08:45am, racing begins at 09:30am. Senior Warm-up at 1.00pm, racing begins at 2.00pm.
Event Type: Track carnival featuring 2026 State Keirin Championship for U15, U17, U19, Elite, and Masters plus 2026 State Elimination Championship for U19, Elite *New event.

Race Categories: Under 11 Girls & Boys, Under 13 Girls & Boys, Women & Men Under 15, Women & Men Under 17, Women & Men Under 19, Women & Men Elite, Men & Women Masters. Final race categories will be subject to number of entries received.

Please assist handicappers by providing recent race results, current grade in club/state events etc.

Membership Requirements:

Riders must hold a valid annual AusCycling Race All Discipline membership. Trial/temporary memberships cannot be accepted as the don’t cover riders for state level events.

Entry Fees:

• Juniors: $25 (+ credit card fees)
  
• Seniors: $35 (+ credit card fees)
  

NOTE: Three Junior and three Senior early entries will have the chance of winning free entry.

Riders are able to scratch (full refund) from a race before close of entries by logging into their Entryboss account.

A medical certificate within 7 days of the event will be required for refunds after entries have closed.

Entries close: Monday, February 23 2026 11.59pm AEST

RACE DETAILS:

• Depending on entries received, categories offered will be Under 11 Girls & Boys, Under 13 Girls & Boys, Women & Men Under 15, Women & Men Under 17, Women & Men Under 19, Women & Men Elite, Men & Women Masters.

• Categories and possible multiple grades will be decided once entries are closed. This includes the Masters Keirin Championship.

Championship Events:

• 2026 Victorian Elimination Championship for Women & Men Under 19, Women & Men Elite.
  
• 2026 Victorian Keirin Championship for Women & Men Under 15, Women & Men Under 17, Women & Men Under 19, Women & Men Elite, Men & Women Masters.
  

Final Masters categories will depend on the number of entries received.

State Championship events are open to interstate riders.
