Welcome to the Woodford to Glenbrook MTB Classic 2025

Join the Woodford to Glenbrook MTB Classic and ride the Oaks Fire Trail through the picturesque Blue Mountains National Park, from the town of Woodford down to Euroka Clearing near Glenbrook.

Covering 25 kilometres of undulating bushland, the trail is incredibly scenic and a must for keen mountain bikers and trail runners.

Registrations are essential. No entries will be accepted on the day of the event.

Numbers are capped at 250 cyclists.

This event has something for everyone, regardless of skill level. Treat it as a physical and mental challenge, or simply enjoy the pristine mountain air.

Registration and Insurance

You must hold, at a minimum, a valid AusCycling Race Off-Road Licence, or purchase an AusCycling Mass Participation One Day Event Licence.

To use your AusCycling licence and receive the discounted entry, select the "Membership claimed" checkbox:

If you are using your AusCycling licence, please ensure your EntryBoss profile includes your current licence number and that it is entered in the correct fields.

All non-AusCycling participants will be charged $96.80, which includes an AusCycling Mass Participation One Day Event Licence in the entry fee.

WSMTB Club Membership and AusCycling Licence Information

If you are not already a member of the WSMTB Club through AusCycling, you can add our club to your licence via AusCycling.

Please visit AusCycling – Become a Member of Multiple Clubs and select Western Sydney Mountain Bike Club from the list.

Club membership costs $25 per year. It provides discounted entry fees and helps support the running costs of the club.

Participation All age groups from 14+ Participation category is an introduction to racing. It is non-competitive and will be the last group to start. Entrants will have a timing chip plate to get a recorded lap time. 8:16 H

Event t-shirts are available for pre-order until midnight Sunday 31 May 2026. Shirts can be purchased online for $45 each during event registration. Collection is at the event only. No pre-event postage is available.

By entering the E-BIKE category, you confirm that you are aged 19+ and that your e-bike complies with Australian Standards, and acknowledge that it may be inspected by race Commissaires.

All e-bikes must comply with Australian Standards and the AusCycling MTB Technical Regulations (2025 Edition) to ensure participant safety. This includes a motor cut-off at 25km/h, no throttle, and pedal-assist functionality only.

Riders may only use a single battery mounted on their bike and cannot carry or swap an additional battery during the race (this includes NO battery extenders).
