Welcome to the Longwood Bushfire Relief Fundraiser

Proudly presented by Seymour Broadford Cycling Club

All entry fees from this race will be donated to help the recovery of the recent bushfires in the Longwood area.

We are hoping to get a lot of entries for this race so we can make a great donation to help out our local farmers!

Prize money for the race has been generously donated by local Seymour members and sponsors.

Our post race presentations will be in the beer garden at The White Hart Hotel with nibbles provided by the club and drinks at bar prices.

Race Format: Handicap

Course: Longwood Rd Out & Back

Distance: 49km

Registration & Parking: The White Hart Hotel, Longwood by 1.30pm

Start Time: Limit Group 2.00pm

Start Location: Start line near the Longwood Hotel.

Details: A flat course with only 121m elevation

Riders head out North East along this fast, flat, out and back course on Avenel-Longwood Rd to the first turn just short of the Hume freeway intersection. Then riding through to Avenel for the final turn near the post office intersection. Riders then return to the finish line near the Longwood Hotel.

• At entry, please help the handicappers by selecting your normal club grade and providing a comment.
  Eg, Current form, riders of similar ability, accurate grading makes for better handicapping and great racing.
