Details of this event

Open to all men and women cyclists aged 30 years and older.

• Open to West Coast Masters members and non-members.
• Race Format: Graded Handicap Race
• Course: 9.5 km circuit. Herne Hill - Argyle Street, Herne Hill Primary School.
• Race start time is at 8.00 am, register at the school on Argyle St
• Race start and finish is at the West end of William Street. Make yourself familiar whilst traversing the course.
• Register and collect your race number 30 mins before your grade start from Herne Hill Primary School Courtyard.

Grades and Distances

Race Entry Details:

• Race Entry for club members $35 - Late Entry is available at the race desk $40 on the day

• Race Entry for non-club Members is $50

• WCMCC Members can claim a free race if they conducted previous Volunteer Duties

• Transponder Hire is $5 - no charge if you have your own Mylaps transponder.

• Members must use an AVCC profile to enter (Admin may scratch incorrect entries). West Coast Masters no longer provides automatic refunds for incorrect entries scratched by Race Admin. To apply for a refund, please email the Treasurer (treasurer@wcmasterscycling.asn.au) including your bank account details. An administration fee ($5) will be applied to any refund.

• NOTE - REAR LIGHT - AusCycle rules dictate a non-flashing rear light for all who participate in road races. This is not enforced at WCMCC - however you can purchase a light from our Entry desk for only $5 - its super small & light and yours to keep!

Please Note - Not a Member? Please enter using the 'Non-Member' option. (Or join WCMCC for the $35 entry fee) The $50 you pay as a non-member covers you for your race entry and your race insurance.
