Free Entry Conditions (easy) - To increase awareness of the risks of riders developing Prostate and Breast Cancer, entrants are asked to agree to the following -
Male Riders - Prostate Cancer - There are over 26,000 new cases of Prostate Cancer each year in Australia. Early detection dramatically increases survival rate. To enter this event, male riders must agree to make an effort to undertake the recommended Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) blood test every 2 years when they reach 45 years (earlier if there is a family history). Talk to your doctor. It’s free - covered by Medicare!
Female Riders - Breast Cancer - There are over 21,000 new cases of Breast Cancer each year in Australia. Early detection dramatically increases survival rate. To enter this event, female riders must agree to make an effort to undertake the recommended two-yearly mammogram test when they reach 50 years (over 40 years if there is a family history). Cost is zero through Breast Screen Australia!
Prizes - not only is the entry fee free...so are the prizes! No prizemoney - just the glory of podium presentations/photos and a handshake/kiss from our President (the kiss is optional!).

Haven't raced before? - you can get a 4 Week Trial membership from Auscycling. Please select, Hamilton Wheelers Cycling Club as your club to receive HWCC race entry discounts and eligibility to enter HWCC member-only events. You must still apply for a HWCC grading, before you will be allowed to race.
Eligibility - Licence - When a rider enters to race, in addition to accepting all terms & conditions, they are certifying that they have a valid AusCycling Race licence for this type of event valid for the day of the event and that they are not suspended or disqualified by AusCycling from racing.
Eligibility - Grading - Riders must have an approved HWCC race grading. Riders who fail to have a HWCC grading or fail to submit a grading application when they enter this event will have their entry rejected - Click Here for details. Provide a detailed explanation if you are applying to enter a different grade and check the start list before your race. HWCC Handicappers' decisions are final.
Entries - Entries close 7pm on the day before the event.
Course - The course is the Nundah Criterium Circuit (1.2km), Hedley Ave Nundah.
Registration/Start times - Closes 10 minutes before each grade's start times.
