Welcome to the 3rd running of the Naral Kirby Memorial Handicap. Shayne put this race on for the first time in 2023 to celebrate the life of Naral with great success and good numbers. This is also our final race for 2024 with pizza and drinks provided after the race.

With $1000 in prize money and paying down to 10th place come along and celebrate the life of Naral and our end of year break up.

We hope you all have an amazing Christmas and New Year break. We'll be back to racing on Tuesday 13th Jan 2026.

Race Format: Handicap

Course: Selectors Rd Twilight

Distance: 24km

Registration & Parking: Palm World, Smithys Ln, Mangalore.

Please note the nearest toilet facilities are located 2.5km South on the GV Highway at the Taungarung Country Rest Stop.

Start Time: Limit Group 6.00pm

Start Location: 493 Selectors Rd, Mangalore

Details: A moderate course with some hills, 145m elevation

The course heads south on Selectors Rd to the turn around point approximately 100m from the Nalinga Rd intersection at the top of the 2nd climb. Riders then return north on Selectors Rd past the start/finish line to the turn around point at the end of Selectors Rd. Riders then return south, past the start/finish line and over the 2 hills back to the turn-around point approximately 100m from the Nalinga Rd intersection. Riders make a U turn and return north to the finish line.
