• Senior riders who do not possess a HWCC race grading, will be automatically scratched.

• Juniors - Sorry no Junior-only races to be held on this day. To race in senior HWCC races, U15 and U17 riders must be approved by their club and have a HWCC grading.

• Haven't raced before? - you can get a 4 Week Trial membership from Auscycling. Please select, Hamilton Wheelers Cycling Club as your club to receive HWCC race entry discounts and eligibility to enter HWCC member-only events. You must still apply for a HWCC grading, before you will be allowed to race.

The Basics

Eligibility - Licence - When a rider enters to race, in addition to accepting all terms & conditions, they are certifying that they have a valid AusCycling Race licence for this type of event valid for the day of the event and that they are not suspended or disqualified by AusCycling from racing.

Eligibility - Grading - Riders must have an approved HWCC race grading. Riders who fail to have a HWCC grading or fail to submit a grading application when they enter this event will have their entry rejected - Click Here for details.  Provide a detailed explanation if you are applying to enter a different grade and check the start list before your race. HWCC Handicappers' decisions are final.

Women's Grades - Women may only enter the A/B Women or C/D Women races.

'A/B Women' riders should have an an AusCycling WA or WB grading or an A or B club grading.
'C/D Women' riders should have an AusCycling WC or WD grading or a C or D club grading.

HWCC Handicappers may make grading changes based on a rider's race form. Check the race startlist before the race and be on the lookout for any e-mail enquiries from the HWCC Handicapping team.

Entries - Entries close 7pm on the day before the event.

Course - The course is the Nundah Criterium Circuit (1.2km), Hedley Ave Nundah.

Registration/Start times - Closes 10 minutes before each grade's start times.

Prizes - Big Prizemoney for every Grade - 1st $70, 2nd $50, 3rd $40 + 2 X $20 Primes. Riders must present themselves at the post-race winner's podium presentations at the clubhouse to collect their prizemoney.
