The Course: The race will begin on Liberton Road (near Stone Road) for 300m before travelling up Old Northam Road with some rolling climbs.
Riders will continue on to Government Road before a left on Needham Road and another left back onto Liberton Road where they will again be met by some challenging climbs before rolling down to the finish.

Please note that due to the low numbers in women's only grades in our past races, and communication from racing women, we have decided to go back to mixed grades

Rego Opens: 7.30am
Rego/Hub Location: Chidlow Primary School, 450 Lilydale Road, Chidlow 6556
Parking: Side/rear of Chidlow Primary School only, please do not park at the front of the school
Toilets: public park opposite Chidlow Tavern or at Chidlow Primary School
Catering: There will be a coffee van at the Hub and there is a bakery/coffee shop and Tavern in Chidlow centre.
Race Start Times: from 9am, please see table for specific grades/timings. Timings will be confirmed on the day, so please check whiteboard at registration. Please note: D grade will set off at the start/finish behind C Grade, and have a neutral half lap behind lead car, when they will stop, regroup and then their race started.
Race Briefings: All grades must be in Stone Road for race briefings at 8.50am
Grades may be combined dependant on numbers.
Finish Line Area: It is important to keep all finish lines free from congestion. If spectating please park at the Primary School and walk down to the start/finish at Liberton Road/Stone Road. Spectators are requested to watch from roadside vantage points and not follow bunches in vehicles.
Racing Incidents: Safety is important. Please report all race incidents to the Chief Commissaire or Race Director. Incident reporting is an important feedback loop and helps improve safety going forward.
If withdrawing mid race: please advise timing operator at start/finish.
My Laps Timing Chips: You must have a MyLaps timing chip to participate. Hire of a timing chip is $5 per event. If you have your own timing chip please ensure this is recorded in your EntryBoss profile - you will not be able to untick the transponder hire option until you have a transponder recorded on your profile.
Scratching: You can withdraw your entry with a self-serve, automated refund via EntryBoss if you are within the scratching cut-off time (please see above). Please return to the EntryBoss Race Listing and use the 'Scratch' button.
No Licence, No Race: - riders need a current race licence (or proof of renewal email) to race. Cycling Australia licences only. New racers need to purchase either a full race licence, a Race One Week licence or a Race Starter membership direct from Cycling Australia (firstname.lastname@example.org) If you are racing on a temporary licence, please bring a paper copy.
Junior Roll Outs: All U11/13/15/17 riders will be required to have roll outs. Please attend roll out before registering.
U11 & U13's: All U11/U13 riders will need to supply adult supervision for their race. Name of chaperone to be supplied to Race Director at registration.
