• For undersubscribed classes, riders aged below 24 may have their entry class moved up to the next suitable entry class to reach a sufficient number of entries to constitute a class. Riders aged over 24 may have their entry class moved down to the next suitable entry class to reach a sufficient number of entries to constitute a class.
• Determination of Age: “YEAR OF BIRTH” (age as at 31/12/2024)

Scratching: Entered & now can't make it? An automated refund is available using the EntryBoss' Scratching mechanism. Please note the scratching cut-off because non-attendance refunds after this time are at the discretion of the event organisers and may require a medical certificate.

• Sprocket and MW Licenses must be presented at time of registration.
• Challenge, Openwheel and Superclass competitors to register via the transponder check in station at the registration area.
• Cruisers to practice with appropriate age category

Event Cancellation Refunds

• Riders will receive 100% refunds if the event is cancelled.
• We will do our best to communicate our intentions early if the event is at risk of not proceeding.
