Riders from all clubs invited to compete.
TT Race Distances - Senior Grades - 20 laps (24km). U17 riders - 13 laps (AusCycling rules).
U9, U11, U13, U15 Juniors must only enter the Junior Super League (details below).
Registration - from 6.30am. First rider away at 7.15am. All riders start at 30 seconds intervals, in the order they register to enter (first entered is first away).
TT and Road bikes permitted - a separate prize will be awarded to the fastest road bike in each grade - please indicate in your entry comments if you are riding a road bike (no TT bars).
Electronic Timing - All riders will be required to afix a supplied electronic timing tag to their seat post and return it to the sign-on desk after the event.

Recovery Session Vouchers: Each TT grade winner will receive a voucher consisting of a 90 minute session of Compression Therapy, Infrared Sauna and Contrast pools. These are valued at $50 each. Eligibility - Licence - When a rider enters to race, in addition to accepting all terms & conditions, they are certifying that they have a valid AusCycling Race licence for this type of event valid for the day of the event and that they are not suspended or disqualified by AusCycling from racing.
Eligibility - Grading - Riders must have an approved HWCC race grading. Riders who fail to have a HWCC grading or fail to submit a grading application when they enter this event will have their entry rejected - Click Here for details. Provide a detailed explanation if you are applying to enter a different grade and check the start list before your race. HWCC Handicappers' decisions are final.
AusCycling 'Lifestyle' licence holders - Riders may also compete in this event, but not as competition - they ride only for a recorded time.
Bikes/Drafting - Unlike criteriums and road races, time trial bars or time trial bikes are allowed in this event. However drafting behind other riders is strictly prohibited.
Entries - Entries close 7pm on the day before the event.
Course - The course is the Nundah Criterium Circuit (1.2km), Hedley Ave Nundah.
Juniors - U15 and under must enter the Junior Super League (not senior races).
Prizes - Cash prizes awarded proportional to entry numbers.

Event 1 ITT - 30 sec intervals. Full course. Junior A - 3 laps, Junior B - 2 Laps, Junior C - 1 Lap.
Event 2 Crit race – commence immediately after ITT. Junior A - 10min + 1 lap - full course, Junior B - 7min + 1 lap - short Course, Junior C - 5 min + 1 lap short course.
Elimination - Short Course - Junior A - every second lap, Junior B - every lap, Junior C- every lap.
