- Age Categories for this event are as per 2019 ages effective from 1st October 2018
- Financial Cycling Australia 'Race' members only. Valid membership card must be presented at sign-on.
- Financial Cycling Australia 'Ride ‘members may participate in the U8 Participation event.
- This event is not open to Temporary memberships or Regional memberships.

General Information
- Please note all races will be at the HEZ circuit at Kurri Kurri.
- Course details and distances could be subject to change due to course conditions
- We ask that you arrive at the HEZ circuit early so you can be ushered through the course (approx. 5km) to the designated parking area prior to commencement of racing and course closure. Failure to do so may result in you being held at the entrance to the circuit if racing has commenced when you arrive. This is for the safety of the cyclists already on course.
- Under 9 to under 13 General Classification will be based on points, while Under 15 & Under 17 will be based on the elapsed time across the three stages. Bonus time will be awarded for stages 2 & 3.
- Age Divisions may be split into 2 grades where necessary
- Canteen and coffee facilities will be available.
- Please note there is no running water available at HEZ, so please bring adequate supplies. Bottled water will also be for sale at the canteen.
