Proudly sponsored by-

If you love climbing big hills or just setting yourself a challenge then get ready for the 2025 LMBC King and Queen of the Mountain on Sunday 16 February 2025.

The King and Queen of the Mountain sees riders tackle 17.7 kilometres of gravel road as they climb their way 1,050 metres of elevation along Ben Lomond Road from the Ben Lomond BASE to the Ben Lomond Alpine Village.

Riders will assemble at the Ben Lomond BASE, Upper Blessington for registration from 8.00am and will set off in two groups.

The Mens and Womens Breakaway categories (for those taking a slower pace) and the E-bikes set off at 9.30am and the remaining categories leave at 10.00am (including U19s).

After reaching the village and catching your breath, riders can make their way back to Ben Lomond BASE for a BBQ lunch and presentations.

* As it gets pretty chilly on top of the mountain we recommend that you pack a bag of warm clothes to change into at the top, there will be a support car available to ferry bags to the top for you *

** Could riders please bring their LMBC race plates (blue plate with black numbers). If you don't have a plate we will issue you one at Registration **
