About Splendid Park at YANCHEP

The distance excuse to Yanchep is no longer an issue to participate - the new Train Station is now open adjacent to the course and you can catch the train from any station on the Jundalup - Mandurah train line. It is a great course with plenty to offer for all riders. The linking bike paths running adjacent to the train lines are also complete or nearing completion which will assist your warmup.

The race caters for all riders over 30, of all abilities - and if you miss the online entry dead-line, you can always enter on race day on the line - (Cash or DDT).

• Race Format: Club Graded Criterium
• Course is a 1.38 km circuit which can be altered to different configurations and raced in either direction.
• Being Summer, criterium racing starts from 8:00 am - so pay attention to your grade start time as we do rotate them weekly.
• Please note the course may be altered on the day which can be challenging to some riders.
• Nominate and collect your race grade number at least 15 mins before your grade starts.

Entry to Splendid Park car parking is past the Start-Finish Line via the second entrance at the North East side of the park.

Grades and Distances

Race Entry

• Race Entry (WCMCC member) $35 Online - Late Desk Entry is available, $40 on the day.

• Race Entry (for Non-Members) $50 Online - Late Desk Entry is available, $55 on the day

• WCMCC Members who volunteer their services can claim a free race approved through the committee for helping the club.

• Transponder Hire is $5 (no fee if you own your own Mylaps transponder - make sure its registered on Entryboss)

• Members must use an AVCC profile to enter (you may not be registered with incorrect entry). West Coast Masters no longer provides automatic refunds for incorrect entries scratched by Race Administration.

• To apply for a refund, please email the Treasurer (treasurer@wcmasterscycling.asn.au) including your bank account details. An administration fee ($5) will be applied to any refund.

Please Note - the TRIAL RIDER option has ceased. Enter our race's via the 'Non-Member' option. The $50 fee includes your race entry and your race insurance cover whilst you race with us.
