• Awards and prizes will be based on categories raced on the day (merged)
• In order for a category to be held, at least 3 riders must be registered in that category. If there is less than 3 competitors, they will be merged to the next available class.
• Superclass and Jnr Superclass categories will receive their prize money via EFT as soon as is reasonably practical following the event. Competitors are to provide their bank details to the club via email

Challenge & Superclasses	4 Moto's, Qualifiers, Finals (extra moto if 1 full gate or less)

• Category of more than 1 full gate - AusCycling Technical Regulation 2.03.02 (a) will be applied
• Category of 1 full gate or less - AusCycling Technical Regulation 2.03.03 (a) will be applied

The above regulations state Competitors must start final / last moto to be eligible for event awards.

Scratching:
Entered & now can't make it? - An automated refund is available using the EntryBoss' Scratching mechanism. However, please note the scratching cut-off because non-attendance refunds after this time are at the discretion of the event organisers
