Welcome

Our club is run by a volunteer committee and our aim is to create an inclusive, fun and family-oriented environment.

We encourage all members and family to volunteer and help make our club be a great place to ride. You can help in the canteen, look after our grounds and facilities or be an official and help run the clubbies.

Race Details

We will be running 5 straight Moto's with no finals, with the idea of this being relaxed but still competitive racing.

Timing and Tansponders

Moto's will be timed using Sqorz - https://our.sqorz.com/org/lbmxc

• Timing is available for age classes 8+

• Sprockets and Mini Wheelers are participation classes and don't use transponders. Races will not be timed or given placings.

• If you want to ride but don't have a transponder, or not interested in lap times or race placings, Riders can race without transponders, but will be marked DNF in Sqorz.

• Transponders may be available for purchase at the club if required.

Merging:
Merging classes (if required) will be based on entry numbers and rider abilities to try and make for a good day's racing.

Scratching:
Entered & now can't make it? - An automated refund is available using the EntryBoss' Scratching mechanism. However, please note the scratching cut-off because non-attendance refunds after this time are at the discretion of the event organisers.

Register via the barcode scanner at the registration area, please have your license QR codes ready. Scan QR once to bring up rider details, scan QR again to register.

Transponder Classes

Register via the transponder check-in station at the registration area. Check transponder subscriptions here - https://my.sqorz.com
- Riders without transponders, please register at the scoring box.

Event Cancellation Refunds

• Riders will receive 100% refunds if the event is cancelled.
• We will do our best to communicate our intentions early if the event is at risk of not proceeding.
