Cycling Queensland - 2019 Jersey Registration

Whilst competing in Queensland events, riders have 3 options from which to choose regarding their apparel. They must wear either:

• Registered club jerseys,
• Completely plain apparel, or
• Sponsored Apparel e.g. team, local bike shop, or other organisation etc.

In 2019 a fee of $50 per rider applies for registration of jerseys, up to a maximum of twenty (20) riders per Sponsored Team. If more than 20 riders, no additional fee will be charged .

The entry form below permits jersey registration for up to 20 participants.

For fewer than 20 riders please leave unnecessary sections blank.

For more than 20 participants, please contact EntryBoss Support via support@entryboss.cc to obtain a code to register another batch without additional payment.

This apparel may be worn by approved Members in Open (Cat 4) and Championship Events (Cat 3) category racing and shall comply with Rule 3003 of the CQ Technical Regulations.

Please attach: A digital colour image in Jpeg file format of the clothing design. While it is no longer a requirement of Cycling Queensland that the club name/logo be displayed, individual clubs may still require their name/logo be displayed as part of their approval process. The uniform approval will be current until 31/12/2019.

Withdrawals & substitutions

Withdrawal & substitutions of participants will not be accepted for jersey registration.

Fee

$50 per participant.
