Riders will be required to hold one of the following:

• A current AusCycling ‘Race – All Discipline’ membership (for all Road Races, Time Trials [U19, U23 and Elite] and Criteriums), OR;
• A current AusCycling ‘LifeStyle’ or ‘Off-Road’ membership for all Team Time Trials and Team Criteriums, OR;
  
• A 2023 UCI Licence

Classification

Saturday 7th January

St Patrick’s Cathedral, Lyons St South, Ballarat

9:00am – 5:00pm

Required: Athletes that have a Para-cyclng Provisional classification or a National classification with review status of 2023 or earlier will need to attend classification.

Scratching / Refunds

100% refunds will be provided until close of entry. After the close of entry there will be no refunds under any circumstances.

COVID-19

The 2023 Federation University Road National Championships will be conducted in line with the COVID-19 directive of the Victorian Chief Health Officer. All event COVID Safe protocols will be communicated prior to the event once approved by the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services.

COVID-19 Refund Policy: Your rights will be protected under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). In the instance that social distancing or mass participation measures do not permit the event to proceed, your rights are protected. The AC Event’s policy for your registration, if the event is not able to held in 2023 due to Government restrictions; participants will have the ability to receive a refund minus a small transaction fee to cover third-party costs associated with the ticketing process which is non-refundable. These are external fees from online merchants not the Event Organiser.
