Race format & schedule

The BDCC Track Program runs every Thursday from 3rd November 2022 to 16th March 2023.

Junior racing from 6:30pm (check in by 6pm)
Seniors racing from 7:30pm (check in by 6:45pm)

Crystal Classic Handicap for all female riders J15 and above

As we are not allowed to use the centre of the track at the moment, handicap races will be starting from the fence for seniors. For juniors it will be a standing push start from the top of the track.

Canteen will be open. Please support.

Entry fees

• Juniors $5.
  
• Seniors $10

Rules & Regulations

• All riders must obey the Club Rules and Regulations of Racing
  
• All riders must wear Approved Crash Helmets
  
• Swearing and abusive language during racing will not be tolerated
  
• All riders are under the control of Race Referees and teaming or collusion will not be tolerated
  
• Riders are subject to mechanical checks: eg tyres properly stuck on, handlebar plugs, junior gear checks
  

Junior gearing restrictions

U17 – 7.0 metres
U15 – 6.0 metres
U13/U11 – 5.5 metres

Track markings

1000 metres – Red
1600 metres - Green
2000 metres - Black
3000 metres – Yellow

Presentations

Presentations will be held in middle of the track throughout the evening
