GSCC 2022 New Rider Day

OPEN TO ALL AUSCYCLING MASTERS MEMBERS AND NEW RIDERS 30+

• Sunday 13th February
• sign in 8.30am
  
• 9.00m race start
  
• All members to read and adhere to GSCC Paraparap Covid Plan, please remember your masks and physical distance when not on your bike.
  
• Race safe, keeping a straight line in the sprints and hands on handlebars
  
• So you might not be 'race fit' and you arent the only one!. Please get out and support your club and board members. :)
  

Proof of Vaccination / Medical Exemption required for all GSCC Events

In line with current Covid restrictions, all Riders, Officials and Spectators entering GSCC facilities / events are required to be double vaccinated or hold a current medical exemption. Upon arriving at a GSCC event, please proceed directly to the registration table, complete QR check in, provide proof of double vaccination (or provide a current medical exemption certificate) and receive your race number (or be directed to the Officials / Visitors area). Face masks should be worn were physical distancing cannot be maintained

Provide your AUSCYCLING license number and transponder number and expected racing grade
Entries close 5pm Saturday no, on the day entries

Free race entry, no cash prizes.

Grades & Race Durations

GSCC laps finish Larcombes A. Hendy Main Rd, Larcombes Rd, Forest Rd, Greys Rd, Hendy Main Rd

• Start at the club rooms driveway
  
• Neutral riding for all grades till final lap, supporting the new riders
• All Grades finish at Larcombes Rd "A" finish
  

• Open to Auscycling members and new riders male and female over 30 years of age

• If you havnt raced before or had a racing licence in the past three years come along and give it a go. A controlled safe racing environment around the local roads at Paraparap. New Riders should not complete the Auscycling trial membership until 48 hours before the event, and bring a copy of their membership confirmation to "race". They should select Victoria in the sign up process. This membership can be organised at the clubrooms prior to the race, please allow time for this to be done. New trials riders can only take out the free trial i membership f they have not held an AusCycling in the last 3 years If they don't qualify for the free trial they could take out an Event Licence, however this costs $30.
