COVID-19 Notice

We are taking the COVID-19 pandemic seriously.
By entering this event, you agree to the following:

You will not attend if you have flu-like symptoms within 14 days of the event
You will follow all COVID-19 safety guidelines and directions of the event promoter
You will adopt a "Get In, Race, Get Out" approach
It is strongly recommended that you check into the race venue via the Service NSW App

The event promoter is required to follow the AusCycling COVID 19 Resource Centre Guides

Participation Events

There will be participation events run just prior to the U9 Time Trial Championships on Saturday for riders who turn 7ys or younger in 2022. Anyone who is interested in participating must email Ben O'Brien at president@dubbocycleclub.com.au by Sunday 13 February 2022. Entry will be TBC & to be paid on the day.

Entry Conditions

Age Categories & Eligibility

JB9, JG9, JB11, JG11, JB13, JG13
Age Categories for this event are as per 2022 ages effective from 1st October 2021
Financial AusCycling 'Race All Discipline' members only. Valid membership card must be presented at sign-on.
This event is not open to Temporary or Recreational memberships.
Participation event riders must be financial AusCycle 'LIFESTYLE" member at minimum.

Technical

Events will be run according to AusCycling Technical Regulations

Handicapping / Grading

Riders will be graded as per the NSW Handicapping Policy. There is no guarantee you will receive the grade you nominate. To avoid disappointment, please check with your club handicapper to ensure your state handicapping code is correct.

Refund Policy

Entry fees are refundable until the day of the event (less a $4 administration fee), but refunds sought within 8 days of the event require a medical certificate.
