Scratching / Refunds

100% refunds will be provided until close of entry. After the close of entry there will be no refunds under any circumstances.

COVID-19

The 2022 Federation University Road National Championships will be conducted in line with the COVID-19 directive of the Victorian Chief Health Officer. Currently this requires all participants to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to participate. All event COVID Safe protocols will be communicated prior to the event once approved by the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services.

COVID-19 Refund Policy: Your rights will be protected under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). In the instance that social distancing or mass participation measures do not permit the event to proceed, your rights are protected. The AC Event’s policy for your registration, if the event is not able to held in 2022 due to Government restrictions; participants will have the ability to;

(a) Receive a refund minus a small transaction fee to cover third-party costs associated with the ticketing process which is non-refundable. These are external fees from online merchants not the Event Organiser.
