Riders Participating in the Elite Time Trial must meet the following requirements:

The Elite and U23 competitions are closed to international competitors and it is important to be aware of the following criteria that must be met to be eligible to compete in the National Championships:

• Must have a UCI ID that shows the Nationality as Australia. If applying for a UCI ID you will need to be:
• Australian citizens (Australian passport holders) who hold a current AusCycling All Disciplines membership or a license at the date of the event of another UCI affiliated nation with an ‘AUS’ international designation.

All participants must hold a current AusCycling All Discipline membership or UCI License with an AUS designation at the time of the event.

Time Trial – All riders who are not registered as 190+ - see UCI list here must complete the following form and email to UCI or you will not be able to be granted the exemption for 85cm Centre bb to tip of bars

This entry form accepts between 1 and 12 participants. Please enter your club name if there is no team name.

Scratching / Refunds

100% refunds will be provided until close of entry. After the close of entry there will be no refunds under any circumstances.

COVID-19

The 2022 Federation University Road National Championships will be conducted in line with the COVID-19 directive of the Victorian Chief Health Officer. Currently this requires all participants to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to participate. All event COVID Safe protocols will be communicated prior to the event once approved by the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services.

COVID-19 Refund Policy: Your rights will be protected under Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). In the instance that social distancing or mass participation measures do not permit the event to proceed, your rights are protected. The AC Event’s policy for your registration, if the event is not able to held in 2022 due to Government restrictions; participants will have the ability to;

(a) Receive a refund minus a small transaction fee to cover third party costs associated with the ticketing process which is non-refundable. These are external fees from online merchants not the Event Organiser.
